Moving

Of the blogs I frequently read, four of them have the word moving in the title of either the latest or penultimate post. That doesn't count "our very first visitor," "California," or the blog that isn't updated still and I think it's because they are busy buying a house. Further, I've got a couple friends right here who don't blog that are in the pack-it-up and find-a-new-home phase.

So, since it is totally the rage right now, we're going to look at some apartments in Virginia on Saturday.

Virginia?

Virginia.

Fairfax Virginia is the home of the main campus of George Mason University, where Clinton will begin work on Monday.

YEEEEEEEEEE HAW

After thirteen months, an internship, an abbreviated presidential campaign, and a few weeks of consulting, Clinton has obtained a full-time, benefited, salaried, permanent job. The job in question was tailor-made for a student. He'll be working from noon to 9:00 four days a week, leaving his mornings free for the classes that will be (partially, anyway) tuition free. Now we just have to get accepted to a Master's program.

So we are now in the packing, organizing, cleaning, thinning, stacking state that is so common among our friends. I guess it comes of having friends like us - just starting on careers or switching schools or buying their first homes. (OK we aren't doing that.)

Congrats! Will you continue working at your job?

For now, yes I will continue. Once we're settled in the new 'hood and Clinton gets settled into work, then we'll see what is best for my career.

Woohoo! I'm glad that Clinton found a job! I really like that part of the country. Things just didn't pan out that way for us... WA will have to do.
I hope you move goes well! Thanks for update!

Virginia, huh? Sounds exciting and blessed. Can you get me one of those "Virginia is for lovers" bumper stickers? (JK - but you definitely need one.)
