Halloween

We joined some friends in a safer neighborhood for about 10 houses of Trick-or-Treating which yielded something like 3 pounds of candy - dumped over the 4-pound haul from Wednesday night's ward party and trunk-or-treat.
Luckily, Lizzy hasn't realized that some kids in the world possess their spoils and consume them without help.

I'd say the economic slowdown hasn't hit the candy industry.
I didn't get any usable group shots; but there was an identical pumpkin in our group. Lizzy's costume was borrowed. The best part about trick-or-treating with friends is sending the kids to the backyard to play afterward while the adults chat over cocoa and french bread. Second year running and I love it.
