Unsettled Pictures

For the curious, here are pictures of our new digs, taken shortly after we arrived.
First, the living room, featuring a piano.
This is left of the piano, looking around the living room.
left again, into the dining area. We won't be dining there regularly; I have a thing about carpet under tables where there are kids.
And here is the completion of the living room mess panorama.
Here's the kitchen. See that: a Dishwasher! Yeeee.

The master bedroom still looks pretty much like this.
First thing we did was make the girls' room comfortable and orderly.
It's huge. There are three beds in there, so we can have a friend over.
We have a basement family room.

and finally, my very own laundry. That is luxury.
We've been steadily working at bringing some sense to it all; but of course we're not there yet. Life still needs to be lived amidst it all.
