Little girl

Emma hasn't enjoyed much attention lately; but she is a central and key part of our world.
The only snow we've seen since Christmas had to be enjoyed really quickly, and the girls were very excited for a "reason" to put on their new snow gear.
Emma loves to play with her sister and with her Daddy.
She decided to be a puppy this morning, and soon had Lizzy barking as well. Her aunt observed that Emma has a powerful set of lungs, which is quite true: she can make some loud noise.

It often takes me a bit to understand what she's saying; but Emma has plenty to say.
She likes to eat whatever I am eating; though not necessarily from her own plate or chair. She must be thoroughly committed to a dish before she will consent to wear a bib, and tries to get around that inconvenience by any strategy imaginable.
If she hears the words "shower" or "bath," Emma will run for the bathroom pulling at her clothes. If you want to distract her from something, one of your first attacks should be to offer her juice. She is methodical in her explorations, and determined in her purposes.
She is a bit of a tease and is developing more and more in her group play and imaginative play. She loves to mimic me, especially in the kitchen.

Emma is a delight to me. She snuggles comfortably and frequently. She is free and generous with smiles, kisses, hugs, and giggles.
