Our agent called me yesterday afternoon.
"The bad news is, you are now responsible for property taxes. You are now the recorded owners of a nice little house in Sandy."
We signed yesterday morning, we had a carpet cleaner there at 4:00 yesterday. The kitchen is clean, after some hours of serious deep scrubbing.
Not that it was bad... but I want to start without somebody else's dirt.
