And the same holds true today.
I took more than a dozen photos of Clinton and Emma. I have a few favorites... here is just one.
And here I am with my girls after our indoor hunt Saturday morning.
Both Clinton and I grew up hunting eggs on Saturday to keep Sunday a holy day.I love Easter. For me, Easter itself is a quiet and introspective holiday - hardly a holiday, but a holy day, really.
I found myself focusing on how Easter brings meaning particularly to the temple. I know, Easter gives meaning to anything that has meaning. Without the resurrection of Christ, there would be no resurrection for anybody, and no real point to anything at all.
As a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, I believe in eternal life and in literal resurrection, both of Christ and of myself. The eternal potential of families is a reality to me, and is heavily on my mind at this season. I can keep my darling spouse and my beautiful daughters forever because of Easter. Because of my Savior, who lived and lives.

Mind, you have a great family. (I have to admit, I looked mostly at the pictures and skimmed the actual entry.) I can't believe you let your hair grow out so long. Great accomplishment. And your little one is adorable. Happy Easter!
