The Property in Question

I went to see this house midweek during the day. We saw 4 or 5 that day, Emma, Lizzy, Lizzy's friend, and Terry, our agent.
I took 1 minute and 38 seconds of video.
No still photos.
Based on 98 seconds of video, Clinton agreed that he liked it and we decided to offer.
This is the ratified contract.

4 beds, 2 baths. One bed and one bath are in the basement.
We have since driven by so that Clint could see it; but he still has not been inside.
