Haircut II

I decided, since it couldn't possibly get worse, to try my hand at a repair. The economist in me reasoned that if we had to go to a professional anyway, what was the harm in me trying? Could I possibly make it worse?
If you're looking for the damage, you can see it.
I think, though, that it will do.
A few loose strands over her eyes; but that was the case before.
And here they are together.
And because her eyes look fabulous in this photo, we'll put it in, too.
By the way, my mother correctly identified that our family pictures were taken at our home when our friends lived here. The same place as I took today's pictures of Lizzy's new haircut.

WOW! You did a really good job! It is really cute! You could put one of those thick headbands in it when you want to hide the part that is shorter. You can make a stretchy one from girls knee socks or tights. You might be able to find those in a thrift store or dollar store. Way to save the day MOM!

It looks so cute! I am very impressed with haircut #2. Way to go on fixing it. I love the picture of Lizzy laying on the grass.

You mean to tell me that in the time between me leaving your house, and the haircut post, she chopped it?! What a silly girl. I think you did a great job fixing it. I actually had a similar style at her age, for the exact same reason. Yeah, my mom did her share of fixes too.

Cute girls.
