Our agent got another email today:
Bad news. The senior managment/investor from the bank has decided to reject your offer. Apparently they want to move in the direction of a cash offer if possible. Thank you.
Back to the drawing board, then.
Like I say, it isn't a tragedy. In perspective, we've lost nothing that we ever had.
It was the best fit we've seen in seven months. Perhaps the next one will be better still?

Good luck with all that, Min. Are sellers not jumping at offers out there like they seem to be here in the West? That just seems nuts to me. I hope you find your perfect home---and soon!
