Our house has been mostly a good thing. Excellent neighborhood, terrific location, enough space, and other good things.
The cons are beginning to outweigh the pros. The cons are our housemates - the guys in the basement. I won't go into the details, but it got to be troublesome.
Friends of ours just moved out of a nice townhouse - owned by other friends of ours. We got the opportunity to take the place, and we're doing it. YIPPEEE!
Our own laundry, utilities under our control, a garage, and no housemates.
I know, we move a lot.

This isn't the townhouse that I'm thinking of it is?
