We were a bit behind schedule -- leaving Salt Lake some 6 hours late. We finally pulled out at 12:30.
We didn't quite reach Kansas; we are now safely holed up in Laramie WY.
Snow, icicles, slush, wind... I would have to say that the road from Evanston to the Ranch Exit 190 miles later was the most intense stretch of driving I have done.
And the road from that Ranch exit to just before Laramie was pretty intense driving for Clinton.
So we have an entire state between where we are and where we wanted to be, we are fairly happy and tired.
